This motel was close to all the places we wanted to visit in Waukegan, IL..

We found the accommodations at this motel. There were many places to eat nearby and the parking area was clean and well lit. The beds were comfortable with more than enough pillows!

HORRIBLE, would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

Noisy (esp. guests in adjacent rooms at night), disorganized (tried for 25 minutes to find a room that had a working door, and was vacant), smelly (smoking)-requested a smoking room, no toiletries in the rooms, wrong sized bed per the request, non-working TV with no attempt to correct the TV, cigarette burns all over the room, in the bathroom, and lights that did not work. I have spoken with your Customer Relations dept. trying to get this hotel removed from your lists!!! Unbelievable. ...read more
